Court published arrest warrant against RSP chairman Rabi Lamichhane

Rabi Lamichhane is charged with embezzle millions of rupees funnelled into Gorkha Media Network from various cooperatives when he was managing director of the now departed network.
Honourable Kaski District Court on Friday produced an arrest warrant against National Independence Party chairman Rabi Lamichhane link with an inspection into cooperative swindling and organised crime charges.
Honourable Judge Krishna Jung Shah conceded police the permission to authorize Rabi Lamichhane following a request for an arrest warrant from the District Police Office Kaski.

Executive of Police Shyam Babu Oli, who is also chief of Kaski Police, and Deputy Executive of Police Basant Kumar Sharma, came in the court to assure the warrant.
Specific committee was formed on May 28. The seven member group was formed as per the demand of the then main opposition Nepali Congress that had been demanding such a committee to investigate cooperative fraud and had even been disturbing parliamentary situation requesting the same.
