Rabi Lamichhane is charged with embezzle millions of rupees funnelled into Gorkha Media Network from various cooperatives when he was managing director of the now departed network. Honourable Kaski District Court on Friday produced an arrest warrant against National Independence Party chairman Rabi Lamichhane link with an inspection  into cooperative swindling and organised crime charges.
